IOS has good reviews until it gets to England

The reviews for Independence of the Seas seem fine when she's sailing in the Caribbean. Some meh, some fair, mostly good. But the reviews for the cruises sailing from Southampton this summer have for the most part been awful.

 

DH and I are booked on her next May for a 7 day to France and Spain. I'm sure we'll have a good time. I mean we're on a cruise. :D Just wondering if they do things differently since people seem so upset. We've only been on cruises in the Caribbean.

Let me say as someone with both American and British citizenship that I believe the difference to lie in the expectations of the passengers.
