Four Night Dining Package - Possible to change restaurant for first night?

I have just booked the 4 night dining package for our transatlantic cruise in November. I understand that they make a courtesy reservation for the first or second night of the cruise and they we sort out the remaining reservations when we get on board. As I am expecting the second night to be formal night, I have gone with the first night. Navigator has 4 restaurants that are included in the deal. I don't mind which restaurants we will eat at for the first night out of Izumi, Giovanni's Table and Sabor's Modern Mexican. However, I have my heart set on Chop's Grill for my birthday. If for some reason they assign us Chop's Grill for the first night, can we still change that once we get on the ship?

It's possible they may allow you to change the assigned restaurant, space permitting. Go to the restaurant as soon as you board.
