I am reading different things here and would like clarification. Is CHEERS honored at HMC? When I was there before it was not but I have read on here recently it is. TIA

Cheers was not honored at HCM in July. After reading some tips here on I would get a few extra drinks a day leading up to out HCM stop and took them off of the ship without any problems.

In the beginning cheers was offered at HMC ,but was quickly taken away .:p

It is not, and Carnival gives a b.s. answer about the "technology not allowing it", yet they can charge you for a drink no problem. Other lines like RCCL and NCL allow you to use it on their private islands.

I too, had the same question a couple of months ago. When I brought up the same points you just did, man was I flamed. You have to be careful trying to understand a cruise line's position. Some people feel like nothing can be questioned and can get darn right rude about it.

Are those the cheerleaders some refer to?
