We came back from our summer cruise on Rhapsody with a number of complaints. Through our TA we put it in writing to RC, who came back to us directly to offer us compensation etc. We had an email from Ernest Garcia ( Royal Customer Services ) confirming this, unfortunately what he agreed on the phone and what is in the email differ. Our problem is we cannot find an email address to get back to them, it is a do not reply on the one they sent us. We are in the uk, but don't have any idea where Ernest is based. Our luggage never made it to the ship till the evening of day 4. There were many of us without luggage, but they didn't deal with the situation very well. glittergal1 Posted September 18, 2016 #7 Share Posted September 18, 2016 Gosh no luggage is my worst nightmare, I always pack 2 days worth of clothes in my hand luggage maybe i will start packing more :eek: A friend of mine didnt get her luggage until day 6 of a 7 day cruise but that was more the fault of the Airline.
