Anthem 5 Day Cruise Spa Pass Question

If I am understanding correctly, the sauna and hot tub in the spa on the Anthem is not "free" and you have to purchase a spa pass use to them?

 

My husband enjoys using them and I was thinking of getting him one but not sure on the cost since they aren't listed in the cruise planner on RCL.

 

I think from reading here you have to purchase on board.

 

Has anyone who has done the 5 day Bermuda cruise purchased this pass for the duration of the cruise and if so how much was it?
