You can check out the ship schedule here. When I was there in 2014 it was on HAL's Prinsendam, which is a small ship with less than 1000 passengers. We docked at the Apolonia terminal and the HOHO buses were lined up directly across the street. Here is a link to a map of the routes from one of the HOHO companiesBe sure to find somewhere to try the famous Portuguese custard tarts (Nates).
