Online Check In Question

Well I didn't get a chance to call Carnival today to find out why there is no option on my check in t pick my staggered check in time. But could it be because I haven't finished paying on it yet?

 

I was able to select a check-in time as soon as I booked the cruise.

I haven't finished paying my balance due for my 1/28/17 cruise from Miami, but I was given a drop-down menu of check-in times to choose when I did online check-in a few days ago.

 

I did call Carnival today. The girl I talked to was also perplexed as per why the option to pick the boarding time wasn't there. She pulled up my account at looked at everything. She spoke with a supervisor and she stated that basically because the port is Norfolk, the apparent "red headed step child of ports" (my words not there's) They will send me an email later to let me know when i can go online to select the time. Hope for some fouled up reason i don't get the email! But i do hope this info helps anyone else that may be leaving from Norfolk. Or I could be the only ding dong that doesn't have the system down. ;)
