Balcony cabin question

Hi, has anyone ever stayed in Balcony cabin,11218 (D6 category) on the Anthem? If so, could you please tell us about the location of the bed, is there enough closet/drawer space for 2 on a 12 night cruise?

If anyone has any information about this particular cabin, all input is welcome. Also, for any recent cruisers, info about dining (DD) and shows will be much appreciated.

Thank you for your time.

Safe travels to all.

I am currently on Anthem, in a D4 balcony. Deck lucky #13....

There are 4 drawers and 2 smaller drawers in the dresser. A full length closet with dbl bars. A smaller closet, holds my dresses (but I am short) with 4 good sized cubby holes. And we just discovered 2 cabinets over the bed.

I over packed for us because we stayed in NY for 3 days before our 9 night cruise.

Hope that helps

In doing research for my own room on this deck in February, I found in a thread that you can determine your bed location by finding the closest connecting cabins (ones with an arrow between two rooms on deck plans) and the room on the left has bed near balcony, right has bed near door, and they continue that pattern back ans forth in all the rooms, which would make 11218's bed near the balcony. Nice!

The other way to determine bed location on Anthem is to find a near by cabin with sofa bed, which has bed by bathroom. Then next cabin will have bed by balcony. As stated above the bed location alternates so this pattern continues for all cabins in that section. Even number over from sofa bed cabin has bed by bathroom and odd over ones by balcony.

Cabin 11216 has sofa bed so next door 11218 will have bed by balcony which agrees with the connecting cabin method posted above.

PS-Left or right cabin for connecting cabin method is determined by facing outwards or towards the balcony cabins from the ship's corridor or in front of and not when viewed from the balcony.

Cabin 8156 is the second cabin over from sofa bed cabin 8160 so it's bed will be by bathroom. ;)
