Cruise Director Rotation?

He reminded me of Hughie Green at his worst - smarmy, condascending, grease oozing from every pour.

I think he even said on stage "and i mean that most sincerely folks" :D

I admit that the only interaction I had with him was during our brief conversations, but he was very pleasant; of course that's his job.

Personally, I hardly ever pay attention to the cruise director on any ship.....unless they are so incredibly obnoxious that they stand out as such.

Brian Price caught my attention because I have several HAL videos with him on them.

Thanks Teresa,

See you in the chart room. Looking forward. This is my second time on the QM2. I'm one of the lecturers - talking about the Golden Age of Hollywood with lots of fun videos. I usually go on about one thirty so cocktails at four is perfect.

This thread got me thinking. Anyone else remember any of these names?

Roy Parkinson, Cunard Princess '92 and QE2 '98

Danny Leone, Sagafjord '95

Lawson Connel, Cunard Crown Dynasty '96

Carlton Freise, Vistafjord '97 & '99

Gesa Sclaroff, Vistafjord '97

Bob Haines, QE2 and Royal Viking Sun '99

Richard Jones, Sea Goddess '00

Les Rawlinson, Caronia '01

Andrew Graham, Caronia '02 & '03

Bryan Townsend, Caronia '04

Then came QM2 and ... and ... was there a cruise director? I saw him on stage for two minutes one night. When we left the ship I had no idea of his name. When we left the other ships, not only did I know their names, but seven of them knew mine!

I know, I know, there's 2,600 passengers onboard. And therein lies the problem.
