cv322 Posted October 4, 2016 #27 Share Posted October 4, 2016 I booked my B2B cruise on the Vista over a year ago and I can't believe it's almost here!!!! :D  In 17 days, I'll be flying to Barcelona and in 22 days, after seeing pictures (some artistic renderings, some real photos), reading reviews, and hearing things about the ship from Carnival for over a year, I'll finally be walking up the Gangway boarding the Vista for 24 days of cruising plus 2 days in New York City (where we get to use the ship as a hotel!! I'm so excited to see the Vista for the 1st time in person and try out all the awesome stuff onboard (especially the Sky Ride) and trying all the yummy things to eat and drink. We're staying in a Deck 6 Havana cabin for the Transatlantic so I'm looking forward to having a (sort of) private pool area and bar. I hope we have a fun group of shipmates because the fun, party atmosphere is one of the things I love about Carnival. Sorry for the probably pointless post/thread but I'm about to burst with excitement and I just had to tell someone/a group of people who I'm prety sure will understand completely. These next 17 days are going to go by SO slowly, it'll be like torture!! I'm soooo happy for you! I understand your excitement! I have friends who will be on the 10/21 transatlantic....and they tried mightily to get me to book it as well ;)...but I opted for just the NY Inaugural :o! I'm excited for me too! See you on November 5th! :D
