Noise Level from Bionic Bar on Anthem affect rooms above??

Like the others said, the bar is usually empty. Now, the first day or two it may be busy with people who want to see what its all about, but it QUICKLY fades. The machines aren't that loud and the music is not louder than anything else. You'd hear more noise coming from the Schooner Bar..especially when Matt Yee is onboard:)

 

Hopefully someone who has stayed directly above can chime in.

Yeah, it's less of a bar, and more of a pass through in the upper part of the Royal Esplande. I was a little disappointed in that actually. It's only open limited times, as they still have to staff it with someone. It was never that crazy when we were on last month.
