What do non-snorklers do in Bonaire?

DH and I are basically non-swimmers. We enjoy relaxing on the beach and site seeing. What do you suggest?

We've booked a golf cart for our Bonaire stop. We haven't rented one before but it looks like a fun way to enjoy Bonaire.
