Future cruise booking on board.

Hi

I'm heading off on the Musica in a few weeks and it looks like I'll also be booking an Easter cruise on the Splendida.

I've noticed that prices for that cruise have gone up last week.

I wondered if MSC have future cruise booking while on board incentives?

For example my recent HAL cruise where offering OBC with the purchase of a deposit?

Does anyone have any experience in this? Many thanks

Yes, they were offering OBC, flexibility to change booking and a price guarantee if you booked onboard. Didn't get into how much OBC.

Yes, they have a future cruise consultant and offer OBC for some of your deposit (don't remember how much).

I had priced a cruise on Meraviglia and the new price is the same with the OBC and internet added in.

Thanks - I'll keep an eye on this cruise as I suspect it's close to selling out. (it's an Easter cruise)

I checked out the Irish website ( but think that it's only available to book from laptops with an Irish IP address) but they didn't show my cruise.

Also think that the reason the price for inside and balcony is the same is due to a promotion on the UK site on balconies.

Hi. It's on the MSC Ireland site at €1,029 for a balcony. Irish customers have to ring a UK number to book.

Does anyone know if you just use a VPN with an irish IP address can you book, or does MSC match your address on a credit card?

Onboard booking OBC per cabin are: $50 for Inside, $75 for Ocean View, $100 for balcony, $150 for Suite & $200 for MSC Yacht Club. Same amounts for Euro. You must be a Voyagers Club member to get this benefit.

Just off Preziosa and all they had was one consultant with no brochures in English.Also the queue was a mile long,so gave up in the end.

I beg to differ on the amounts of OBC per cabin category.

it also states that it can only be used against the brochure price or the "Early Booking" promotion and can't be used with any other promotion

In that case MSC are up to Their old tricks of having different rules for different regions, which they do periodically on a random basis.
