Early saver question

I have never booked with Carnival so I have some questions. Found a cruise I like in January on the Triumph out of New Orleans. The price is an early saver price. I am happy with the price and don't think it will go down. Anyways it mentions free room location upgrade. Not sure what that means. You pick out your room when you book. That is the room you get right ?

Thanks for any help.

If you have never booked with Carnival before just be aware of the restrictions on an early saver fare. If you are not comfortable accepting them, it may be wiser to book another category. I like ES fares, but there are times when it is better to book another rate.
