Hi guys, I'll be traveling to Western Caribbean with NCL and I'm wondering if they accept USD and credit cards at the restaurants nearby these ports or beaches:

 

belize city :

honduras

costa maya:

cozumel :

Yes, these ports accept US currency. You won't have any issues. I've not been to a Caribbean port that does not accept US currency, and I've not been to a country that does not accept US credit cards (check with your card, though. There may be an international fee on the transaction).
