Amber Cove Falls and Zipline booking outside the gate

Has anyone ever gone outside the gate and found someone to take you to the falls and then zipline? I've seen where I can book ahead with Marysol Tours but they want a 50% deposit. I have 10 people and some of them aren't the most reliable so I really don't want to pay a deposit ahead of time.

We have 10 that all want 12 of the 27 falls and 5 of the 10 who want Falls/Zip lining.I think the closest zipline is Countryside?? The 5 not ziplining want to go back to the ship port area to shop. Can anyone offer any advice on hiring someone outside the gate for this?
