Chef's Table on the Victory?

I've done the CT on several ships and the meal was always served in a nice, quiet room. I have just read that that is not always the case.

Has anyone done this on the Victory, and if so, how was the experience?

We just did the Chef's Table on the Victory in August. The main portion was done in the library. Very nice experience! If you're interested, I wrote a post describing the experience with pictures of all the food!
