CLIA Early Saver vs Military Rate

Can and anyone tell me which would be better to book and why? They are both the same rate.

I changed my booking to the CLIA ES rate instead of the Military because I wasn't sure if they would still have our military paperwork on file and didn't want to bother sending it in again since they both were the same price and had the same OBC bonus (at the time I switched to the lower rate). Also with ES I will get all price drops up to 2 days prior to ship sailing and with military I won't. Even though I know our level of room is pretty much sold out already so won't be anymore price drops anyways.
