Two Wheels Only Posted October 14, 2016 #3 Share Posted October 14, 2016 1000.2% Haven suite on Escape. Even though Vista has better/more varied itineraries, Escape Haven is a better experience than anything on Vista.

mjkacmom Posted October 14, 2016 #5 Share Posted October 14, 2016 I cant afford the Haven, i can only afford a mini suite A mini suite is a balcony cabin with a bigger bathroom.
MikeBTN Posted October 14, 2016 #6 Share Posted October 14, 2016 I cant afford the Haven, i can only afford a mini suite A minisuite is just a balcony with a slightly larger bathroom. Not worth the extra $$$, IMO. Haven't yet sailed Vista (scheduled to in Dec 2017!). For me it would come down to money and itinerary. Don't forget to factor in costs of drinks on Vista if you're drinkers. I'd probably lean towards Escape, but both will probably be a great time. We're sailing Escape for the second time this year on NYE for our belated 5th anniversary :-)
Two Wheels Only Posted October 14, 2016 #7 Share Posted October 14, 2016 (edited) I cant afford the Haven, i can only afford a mini suite OK, your first post mentioned "If i go with Escape i can get a suite...". A mini-suite isn't a suite. That's caused a lot of confusion, you're not alone. ;) I've looked at Vista since long before it was constructed. I did the same with Escape. I'd still pick Escape over Vista. Edited October 14, 2016 by Two Wheels Only
Mizzori Posted October 14, 2016 #8 Share Posted October 14, 2016 I would pick Escape then maybe you can bid on an upgrade to the haven later on down the line if available Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk
cmdchiefthom Posted October 14, 2016 #9 Share Posted October 14, 2016 For my money, I'd do the Escape in a heartbeat. There is just too much to do, and the entertainment is great. Balcony, or mini-suite, doesn't matter.....it is a "Fun SHIP"!;)
