Yes, it is a handicapped Accessible cabin.

 

Here's a side facing handicapped Accessible balcony - as you can see it is quite large and you can see what an Accessible bathroom looks like, too:

 

Since your cabin is aft, it will have a huge balcony - expect 2 loungers and 2 chairs with a low table out there. Plenty of room to hold a party if you want. To me, the only negative of these cabins is that the dividing walls on the balcony are slanted so your neighbors can easily look into your balcony.
