Price reduction Pride Jan 2017 Tampa

Did my usual daily price check this morning and found our Jan 15th sailing on the Pride out of Tampa had a price reduction on our OS cabin. Texted our PVP and he emailed me the form and now we each have an OBC of $82. Booked early saver. Just thought I'd pass along the info. 81 days and counting! 😊

Congratulations! We are on the same cruise in an OS but have a casino rate so unfortunately no rate reductions.

Reviving this thread to ask a related question - aside from the fish place, how do you check for price drops when your specific category appears to be sold out on the carnival site. At that point do you just stop checking, or is there something else?

Only happened to us once---but we kept looking and when a HIGHER class cabin went for a lower price than we'd paid for ours (we had 8B---and an 8G was going for less than what we'd booked for) I called and they lowered ours. Don't know if that's standard or not.
