Rare Sparky74 Posted October 28, 2016 #1 Share Posted October 28, 2016 We are sailing on Explorer of the Seas on 29th November - only 31 days to go! :D I received an email from RCI with the following letter about staggered boarding times attached: Previously RCI have allowed the upper echelons of the Crown & Anchor Society (as well as guests travelling in a suite) to board at anytime however there is no mention of this in the above letter. We've now reached the dizzying heights of being Diamond C&A members and it would be a shame (for us) if the perk of being able to board at anytime had disappeared. I realise that RCI's Australian season doesn't start until next week but I wonder if anyone can enlighten me.

Rare Sparky74 Posted October 28, 2016 Author #3 Share Posted October 28, 2016 As per this link. http://www.royalcaribbean.com.au/contentPage.do?pagename=suite_guest_checkin Thank you. I wonder why they didn't include that in the letter. I seem to recall that they have in the past.
aussiekillarney Posted October 28, 2016 #4 Share Posted October 28, 2016 That is just the standard letter. Priority for appropriate loyalty levels, suites etc overrides that. Cheers

Hazydavo Posted October 29, 2016 #6 Share Posted October 29, 2016 We are sailing on the one after yours so take care of her for us ;) This is what it says in our Cruise Ticket Booklet under Embarkation Letter: "Guests staying with us in a suite, as well as our loyal Crown and Anchor members and guests arriving by air are invited to checkin at their leisure between 11am and 4pm"
Dizziedi Posted October 30, 2016 #7 Share Posted October 30, 2016 If you are a C&A member or in a Suite, you can board anytime from the earliest stated time. Once you get up the top you will then be split into two groups - Suites (priority) and everyone else. Hopefully your queue won't be too long. Enjoy your cruise.
