Any hints on freestyle cruising; especially freestyle dining on the sun ?

OK I have been on the Sun- so a few hints:

1. Always read the Freestyle Daily for info on restaurant/dining room opening times and hours(like which of the dinign rooms will be open at lunch), any "theme" nights (I love the "President's Night" menu), any specials at the pay-extra specialty restaurants (usually at the begining of the cruise their is a half-price night or two for one). And also - any special "events" - like the BBQ.

2. Busiest time at the two main dining rooms seems to be from about 6:45-7:30PM. (Although we only had to wait 5 minutes to be seated at 7:15 - our longest wait).

3. If one of the two dining rooms seems busy - check out the other one. Also don't be concerned if you see people waiting at the entrance - sometimes it is just a large group waiting for all members to arrive. (We came down one night and saw about 20 people near the entrance and were concerned but we were seated in a minute).

4. When eating in the buffet area, besides the inside buffet lines (2), there are also 2 outdoor lines. There is also additional seating outside at the back of the ship. We never had a problem finding a seat at the buffet but it did not matter to us if we went outdoors or stayed inside.

5. Also in the buffet area, watch for "food stations" like the waffle station and the omlet/egg station at breakfast. The waffles are very good and worth the wait. At lunch, there is an Indian food station (actually not bad at all - my husband loved it), a fruit station and a dessert station.

6. Eat at least once at one of the the pay extra specialty restaurants.
