Castaway Sail & Snorkel To Shipwreck Cove Excursion

Has anyone done this excursion through Carnival in St. Thomas recently? Was it worth $49? Good for teen girls that like the water? Did you go to a beach as well as snorkel?

 

Any info will be appreciated. Thanks
