I thought you bought CP for Hawaii early this year, I really wanted to know how it went since I will be going in acouple months for my first of two visits. Thinking about Dave's Moose CP he has not steer me wrong yet.

Sorry, thought you were more wondering from a protection standpoint. I did get a cp and do like it for sea/sky help in landscape scenes. It's coming with me to Ireland too for castle/sky shots. But strange as this sounds, for just knocking around home in not-really-once-in-a-lifetime situations, I just as well prefer to leave it off. I found I'm just not using it much since I started using Lightroom and the various haze and saturation/clarity/vibrance sliders.

 

The "Moose" filter is still in my Amazon cart, I'll pull the trigger on it eventually...
