Questions about Panama Canal cruise

We just returned from the October eastbound sailing. Weather was warm but we expected that.

We did an 18 night repo cruise from San Diego to Baltimore started on October 1 the repos will go eastbound and westbound in the spring and the fall as they reposition ships

And some go back and forth for more dates for full transit experiences as opposed to traditional repositionings :) we are boarding celebrity Infinity in FLL for westbound on Wednesday and then she goes back eastbound departing San Diego on November 24 (just arrived yesterday in FLL from doing eastbound)

Will do!! Celebrity sent an email that we are expecting a full onboard customs and immigration and to not expect to disembark any earlier than 9am. Don't plan on flights prior to 12:45. Not sure if they gave you guys any notice along those lines if it will delay embarkation

We will take great care of her :) last time I was onboard Infinity I was pregnant with my 10 year old!

Hi Mandy,

On your home run to San Diego now. Glad you're keeping the Infinity in ship shape for us. How's the ship's condition been ? Food in MDR or Specialty Restaurants ? Ports of Call and Panama Canal crossing, all good ?

 

As far as the full on-board customs inspection, yes we also received a notice about delayed boarding. Checked with Captain's Club and was told since we are booked into a Celebrity Class cabin, we should be able to still get priority embarkation so we can attend the lunch in the MDR, which they didn't bother to extend dining times.
