Currently sailing on HOTS in Crown Loft accessible suite with brother who uses wheelchair/ mobility scooter.

Some observations: still no auto door openers on cabins although present on public restrooms. We tested and he could not unlock door with sea pass or WOW band (doors unlock by waving card/ band at reader), push handle to unlatch and open door and maneuver thru from either inside or out side. This means he can't come and go independently.

Suite deck is totally nonaccessible as only stairs. 1e8b8f4d97f3c1cf5e85ce0446768af3.jpgd05da636a1a8d28ceb6dd2cb412f20e9.jpgdf7f5d23d0c555e816b74e905f6b0f44.jpg232f1fc3f74cfd6146d6cb1462c62a0c.jpg3b83d5bed2e8738b4835081ba622dc80.jpg6637d780dc3d2b713e31a995683c1509.jpg

The suite sun deck is totally accessible as there is an elevator in the hall where the bathrooms are. Crew will take you up

On the Oasis our terrific suite concierge made the arrangement for our initial escort to the suite deck with the pool deck supervisor, who came up to the suite lounge to escort us down and to the elevator and then up the elevator. After that, he told us anytime we wanted to go to the suite deck, to go to the main pool towel distribution center and ask for him.

Since your suite concierge is so bad, I suggest you to to the pool towel distribution center and ask for the pool deck supervisor and request his assistance in getting up/down the suite deck via the elevator. He should be able to assist you and/or assign someone to assist you. BTW, I tipped the pool deck supervisor at the end of the cruise for all of his help.
