Ship leaves early, what to do in Falmouth??

Hi everyone!

We have been to Jamaica several times, docked in Montego Bay once and most recently, in Falmouth. We used Jaital to go to Jewel Runaway Bay and loved it. In January, we will once again dock in Falmouth, but our ship leaves at 3:30, so we want to be back to the port by 2:30 at the latest (we are NOT dock runners!!!). We really don't think we want to spend an hour or more each way on the road for an excursion...Can anyone suggest a fun, beach related idea somewhere closer to port? As much as I would love the Culinary tour, we have several people in our group with different food allergies that would not be able to enjoy it as much as others of us.

Thanks!!
