Charge for alcohol drinks with refreshment package

My wife is not a big drinker so she just got the refreshment package. If she want to get a drink with alcohol does she pay full price, or is there credit for having the package and only pay the difference?

From my experience the shot is nearly the cost of the full drink. Not AS much, but pretty close!
