Cigars at Mahogany Bay

If I remember correctly, when you come off the pier into the vendor area, go left. They were set up in the back corner (away from the docks) in one of the pavilions. When I was there, there were two ladies present. One was selling the cigars, the other was rolling them. It's a very small setup. I think I walked by it twice before noticing them.

I don't smoke cigars very often, so this was my impulse buy for the port. I figured $25 (or something like that) for 6 was a good deal. They are quite good too.
