A Question, Blackjack Conditions on NCL

Any ideas what the Blackjack conditions are on NCL, or better yet the Epic? I am wondering if they still offer shoe games or double deck. Also things like dealer hits soft 17, and 3:2 payout on blackjack. Table minimums etc would be nice to know also.

Minimums 6, 15, 25, 50, 100

25 or higher uses 8 deck shoe, others with continuous shuffle machines.

25 or higher bj 3:2, others 6:5

50 or higher stand soft 17, others hit
