Whats your favorite bar on the Glory

We were on the Glory last week and liked the casino bar, the aft lido bar and the bartenders at the lobby bar were great.

We thought the rock band they had playing in the lobby was the best cruise band we've seen in 25+ cruises - they were called The Rocking Dead and we just loved listening to them

Unfortunately, that is SuperBowl Sunday. We sailed on Super Bowl day on a previous cruise. A whole bunch of drunken sailors. I am not sure why, but seems like everyone needs to drink more if their team in playing. It was crazy. Big screens were set up everywhere in all the public places on the ship.

YOu couldn't get away from it. I hope our next cruise will be a bit calmer.

LOL

Sorry but it sounds great to me.

Only drawback is the game will be in the evening, may have to work a show in there sometime after dinner. Will try to make the wife happy then slip up to lido to watch the game and patronize the rum bar.

Alchemy bar for molecular cocktails and for inventing new ones. If this becomes the quasi-official FOD pre-post-dinner bar, will have to invent a rainbow colored TreeHouse of Love at Sea official cocktail that would be available wherever our group meets.

Aft bar should be great during good weather at sea while enjoying the pools, whirlpools and spa. One deck up for sunset cocktails!

Whatever foredeck bar has the best view would be the optimal for an afternoon or sunset reception or party

Atrium bar sounds interesting, especially for people watching during formal evenings and other special events

If there is a wine tasting bar, especially with entertainment, would be great for pre-special dinners or again after shows.

Disco- Where everyone still standing ends up after hours who hasn't finished drinking or socializing, and where cruise staff and even ship officers let down their hair and mingle.

I am new to cruises but have the Glory booked in May. Just wondering, with all this talk of the Alchemy bar, is it difficult to find a seat there? How are other bars for finding seats? There are two of us and I can see us looking for a drink sometime between 3-5pm, but would not be looking for the loud pool bars or the like.

Our first time on the Glory, Whats your favorite bar, or any other place or thing to do? DIL loves Guy's burgers... that's the reason we booked. I just like a nice place for a drink before dinner or any other time.:D;):p

Alchemy bar is the best but it is more expensive. Loved the music and bar in the atrium though so i have to give the atrium bar my pic as long as a band is playing.
