Anyone heard of any Surfing opportunities in Tortola ?

It really depends on your time of year and the storms. I advised some friends to go to Brewers Bay as when we were there last it was really calm for snorkeling...well she came back and said the waves were 14' and they couldn't even get in the water. I guess that's the difference between November and January.
