Yoga classes

These classes are typically around 9am in the fitness center and cost $12. I know yoga is usually offered on Sea Days only. On Port days there is usually a stretching class at 7am and a body conditioning class at 7:30am and that's pretty much it since most people are getting off the ship and going into port for the day. If you want to do more yoga, I would suggest hiring a trainer onboard to give you a private class. (not sure what they charge.)

We found on our last RCL cruise they charged for yoga in the morning (sorry don't recall how much) and offered a free stretching class in the evening. They called it stretching but it was really yoga and FREE!! Download some yoga routines on your laptop/tablet and have your own yoga session on your balcony, on a private area of an outer deck or in the gym. That's what I do but w/o the videos. I've been practicing for so long now that I can just make up my own routine as I go.
