What time should we get to the pier? I have heard that sometimes they start boarding around 11:00 am. Thanks

If you want to be onboard as soon as possible, I'd get to the terminal around 10:30am.

I agree. An allowance for an approx. 30 minute check-in process before the 11am boarding is enough.

Correct. Most times you will board before noon, but go with the expectation of minor delays. I think in 3 trips noon was the latest I have gotten on board, but I sit there knowing I'd rather be in the terminal waiting than getting ready to go to work .
