I have a cruise in March and was wondering how late can I redeem points for this cruise? I should be hitting the next reward level by the end of my January billing cycle.

Yes, I believe you can do a redemption about a week before sailing. However, if you get that close, it's best to call them to redeem.

I called on Monday and was told (again) that I must redeem a full week before we cruise. We cruise on Dec. 18 and the rep said I must redeem by Dec. 9.

I was told the same when I called a few months back (according to my notes).
