Exchange rate on explorer of the seas

Does anyone know what the exchange rate for AU $ to US $ on the Explorer of the seas at the moment? We sail out next wk n just wanted to see is it worth changing now or on the boat. Thanks

Not sure if it is the same on the Explorer but it was reported to be around $0.72 USD for $1 AUD last week. You may get a better exchange rate with your bank or with a exchange place.

 

I can tell you that buying OBC is currently at a rate of $0.77 which is well worth doing if you want to cover some on board spending. I bought some last week as well.:D

Depending on whether you plan on using a Credit card vs Cash for your account, you may be better of buying some OBC before hand.

Hi, if you are sailing on 22nd you would need to buy OBC first thing Monday morning, I think it has to be bought at least three days prior to the cruise.

 

We bought USD400 for $520. Have a fabulous cruise!

You need to ring up Royal - 1800 754 500. go through the prompts (1,1,2 I think). Have your booking number and credit card handy.:D
