I see your cruise isn't until March so it's too early for the luggage tags. Closer to your sail date, Royal or your TA will email you an information booklet with all the terms and conditions and the penultimate page will have your luggage tag which you can print off as many times as you want/need.

They will (usually) also appear at your online check-in page - down the bottom of the page - it will simply say "print luggage tags". They should be available well before the information booklet and usually at the same time that you can print your Setsail Pass.

Cheers

Di

If I were you I would not even bother about printing out luggage tags. When you drop your luggage off at the terminal the baggage guys have printed coloured tags which are far more durable than the home printed ones and are self adhesive so no need for stapling or taping or laminating and only takes a minute to write your stateroom number and name on the tag.

I always do this. Though I had someone recently say they can fall off or get the wrong cabin number written on them and the bags go to the wrong cabin.

It sounds like they were wrong gbenjo.

Who can you blame if you write the stateroom number on the tag yourself ?????????? The tags they (we ) supply are far more robust than the paper ones you print out at home.

I've had the tags fall off twice, resulting in me having to collect my luggage from guest relations after they failed to show up in the cabin.

These days I print the tags at home and put contact on them to make them weather proof. Never had a problem with these tags falling off.
