Great news for 12/11/05 Sun cruise out of Houston!

My TA called Norwegian today & they said Cozumel has been added to our cruise as a TENDER PORT! Great news! Happy cruising.

Do you know what sailing date NCL will begin adding Cozumel? We're sailing on 11/27.

I called and the person I spoke with was very friendly, but unhelpful... thought maybe I had the wrong information number. I think I called the reservations area from the website.

I spoke with my TA and she said she has no confirmation from NCL as of yet. She said it is probably still too early to tell for sure. We are on the 12/11 SUN

During our cruise on the Sun last week, we stopped for about an hour in Cozumel to offload some relief supplies.

 

Based on what I saw through binoculars, I can't imagine that there will be much to do on the island. Frankly, just about every building I saw had some sort of damage.

 

Water based excursions should be OK, but I wouldn't plan on spending much time on shore.
