Whitnee1 Posted December 22, 2016 #1 Share Posted December 22, 2016 I was at Bonaire some time back and went to a beach which was a huge shallow bay that you could walk out in probably over 1/4 mile and still be in water up to your waist. The entry from the beach had a trail through some rocks that once you got past was then all sand. There were a lot of wind surfers using the area. Is this Lac Bay and if so does anybody know the name of the vendor for the chair rental?
jazzydiver Posted January 17, 2017 #2 Share Posted January 17, 2017 Lac Bay is the huge shallow bay. So perhaps you were at Sorobon? There is also a place called Hang Out Beach Bar.

Rare Itchy&Scratchy Posted August 10, 2017 #5 Share Posted August 10, 2017 We were there last year and loved it! Lac Bay at Sorobon Beach. The resort was on the other side of the beach the taxi delivered us to. The non-resort beach was nothing special and very small with little shade. However, the bay itself made up for everything! We stayed in the water for hours, but saw no fish whatsoever. I hear that you need to go to Klein to snorkel.
