Norwegian Epic or Freedom of the Seas?

Hi everyone,

 

My wife and I (both 30 years old) will be going on our first cruise together this coming April. It will be a transatlantic from Florida to Spain.

 

We have two options, the Norwegian Epic or the Freedom of the Seas. Which one would you recommend? I like that the FOS has a city walk with shops and bars, does the Epic have that?

 

Which one has better cabins? (I know the Epic has small, weirdly designed cabins.)

 

Which ship handles the sea better? Where will we spend more? (nickel and diming.)

 

We are very excited and thank you guys for any answers you might be able to give us.

Freedom of the Seas hands down - the Epic is just to ugly :)

Definitely Freedom of the Seas.

We sailed on the Freedom eight times while she was in Port Canaveral.

 

Our favorite ship.....so sad they moved her!!

Definitely Freedom on the Seas!! Been on both and really did not like the rooms on Epic, layout of the ship and service was poor.

I'd go with Freedom as well. I've been on Adventure of the Seas and loved it.
