Sushi on Adventure of the Seas?

So the drydock install of Izumi on Adventure of the Seas didn't happen. :(

It's a little disappointing. Izumi on Harmony of the Seas was fantastic.

 

So, recent Adventure cruisers: what are the options for sushi onboard?

They have had sushi some evenings in the Jade area of Windjammer.

On our most recent AOS (southern caribbean last May) you could purchase a sushi tray in the Promenade Cafe...just look for the sign. We noticed it but sushi isn't appealing to us....The Jade area in the WJ usually always had it and at no additional cost.

Thanks, all - we'll look for Jade in the Windjammer. I have seen sushi there on other ships.

 

I've never looked in the Promenade Cafe - that might be interesting as a late-night option if it's available.

In November they were selling (Izumi style) sushi at Sorentos on the Freedom, and they were going fast. The also had in the WJ, but nothing to write home about,

We just got back. I was only in the Windjammer twice for dinner. I didn't see any sushi, but every night they had a theme. We were there for Carribean night and Indian night. Both nights the food was really good. I have to admit tho that I have never been impressed with the Windjammer on the Adventure.:(
