Balmoral Island Excursion?

I will be on the Royal Princess in April and I am considering doing the Balmoral Island Island excursion with the cruise line. I've been to Nassau many times but never there. Can anyone that has done the excursion tell me is it a worth while day at the beach and pool there and to share your thoughts.
