Booking MTD online?

I've seen a few posts where people have stated that they have booked their reservation online for MTD. Question I have is where? I only see booking for specialty restaurants. I can't seem to find where you can book MTD reservations.

On my Cruise Planner, it's under Dining & Beverage, My Time Dining.

That's so weird. I don't have a place to reserve it. It just says it under my preferences but nothing to book it.

The user interface is not the most intuitive. I have an "Add to cart" button that starts the reservation process.
