Movies on the Veendam 48 days Amazon

Wondering if anyone knows if movies will be shown on the TV's in your stateroom. I was told the only option was getting movies from the DVD video library onboard. Other sailings I have been on movies were shown and usually changes everyday. Any help will be much appreciated.

Movies every day on your cabin TV. They do repeat in a loop on a long cruise like this, though. Lots of DVDs available, too and a daily movie in the theatre.

There will generally be 3 (or maybe 4) relatively current movies showing on the TV in the staterooms. One of the movies will be the one that was shown in the theater the previous day.
