NCL 3rd party offers of Pre-paid gratuities ends on the 13th

I have gotten several emails from the following sites:

Jetblue cruises, Choicehotels, BJ's travel, Hilton Honors , Marriott, etc offering prepaid gratuities for balcony or higher cabins for many cruises for this year.

I sent one of the emails to my TA to match and one so far has matched the pricing and extra OBC instead of miles or points.

 

I just wonder if this will be NCL's upcoming promotion after the 13th?
