Hello. What things have you requested from your concierge? We need some "mobility" things but I'm not sure what else to ask for besides mattress toppers. We will have our 3 granddaughters with us, ages 12, 10, & 2....plus their parents.

What to ask them....Well They are Guest Service Officers just for you.

You can ask them to book shore trips, make dining arrangements, print your airline boarding pass, and assist you with any problems that you might have on the cruise. They sure try do a super job for everyone.

How early can you ask them to book dinner reservations? We like to book the dining packages, but they make you go search out and book them all on your own the first day. Would be nice to use the concierge to get us in ahead of time.

I'd contact them a week or so before the cruise.
