momme224 Posted January 11, 2017 #1 Share Posted January 11, 2017 We are a party of 5 (3 young children) We have the early dinner seating. Any idea if we will have our own table or do they sit you at tables larger than 5? Sent from my iPhone using Forums
Eleteace Posted January 11, 2017 #2 Share Posted January 11, 2017 I went as a group of 4 on MSC and we had our own table :) I would have thought a group of 5 you'll have your own. Sent from my iPhone using Forums
momme224 Posted January 11, 2017 Author #3 Share Posted January 11, 2017 Ok great! I heard dining takes long and with 3 young kids I don't want to make anyone's experience unpleasant... We are only a party of 3 but I'm concerned my son will make others dinner unpleasant as well. Sent from my iPhone using Forums

Rare All-ready2cruise Posted January 12, 2017 #6 Share Posted January 12, 2017 I suspect they will try to give you a table that will be sympatico with your family. On our cruise, we were matched with 2 other couples, both spoke English and one couple even lived within an hour of our home. Our table was for 6 so a table for 5 is very possible, a table of 3 might mean a combination with another family, you can only hope. However, when you do get your assignment, if you find that it's too uncomfortable for you and your family, you can always go to the Maitre d and ask to be reassigned. Good luck,
Cruisermom2nick Posted January 12, 2017 #7 Share Posted January 12, 2017 We were a party of 3 and put with other- our table had 6-some had 6-8 at each table. Tables for 4 were uncommon on our Divina cruise, as were tables for two.
