Are there other (cheaper) ways to get to LFK without having to book a package through their website?

Taxi. Assuming you have reservations in advance for them to let you in. Getting a return taxi might be an issue. And RT taxi could wind up costing you more in total than the full package at LFK. Best to take their reliable transportation.
