Why not find a good TA who works for you instead of a PVP OR PCC or whatever the cruise line class folks who work for them?

There are lots of people who do prefer to use a TA.

 

We use a PCC/PVP because we would prefer to have full control over our booking at all times. When you use a TA they are considered the "owner" and point of contact by the cruise line. That means you must go through them for everything - even the most basic question or change.

 

We prefer full control direct contact with the cruise line for any questions, concerns or changes to our booking.

Yes - they are the same.

 

OP - just like Carnival - you will be assigned to a PCC with your first NCL booking unless you get a referral from someone you know and contact them directly. You can book online or call the PCC part is the same either way. [emoji6]
